Why do you offer the book for free?

The book is being offered for free because of our goal of educating Wisconsin residents regarding personal injury claims in Wisconsin. The book was written as "A Consumer's Guide." The main goal in writing this book was to attempt to educate personal injury victims BEFORE experienced insurance companies and their representatives took advantage of injury victims.

Who are you?

The book was written by Wisconsin attorney Randy Rozek. Randy devoted his career to representing individuals against insurance companies and large corporations. Randy became frustrated by tactics used by insurance companies in denying claims and attempting to settle cases for unreasonable amounts. What is the goal of the book?

As I said, the main goal is to educate the reader about the personal injury claim process. Common misperceptions about personal injury claims are explained in the book. Also, the book provides the reader with common insurance company defenses. The book also explain what should and what should NOT be done following a personal injury.

How long will it take to receive a copy of the book?

Books are generally mailed within 12 hours of receiving the order. It will usually take 1-3 days to receive the book via mail. If you have ordered a book more than 3 days ago, please email us for a status. Please remember to include your name and address.
